For over 40 years the RSPB has been asking the public to monitor the birds in their gardens over a weekend so they can get a pattern of what's happening to the bird populations in the UK.
If you'd like to take part this year its January 26th - 28th and you can download a pack at the RSPB website or they'll post you one.
What's funny is it was meant to be a one-off event that the RSPB organised for their junior members way back in 1979 but because it was featured on Blue Peter they had an amazing 34,000 entries! It grew into a regular event but adults only took part from 2001 so as it really is a great thing for kids to do get out in the garden as a family.
