Height/spread: 60 x 30cm

Flowers: Tiny white flowers in the spring and summer. 

Sun/shade: Grow in sun or partial shade.

Maintenance: Hardy short -lived perennial. 

Soil: Will grow well in most soil types that are free draining.  Cloche for a supply of fresh leaves throughout the winter.

Harvesting: Pick young leaves as needed. 

Cooking uses:  The light aniseed flavour is a great companion for fish and chicken, omelettes and

cream sauces. Leaves can also be added to salads for an aniseed flavour.

Medicinal uses: Leaves are high in vitamin C, magnesium, iron and carotene
