The classic jasmine climber with small, highly scented flowers throughout the summer. A vigorous climber.
Soil: Any well drained, fertile soil
Site: Grow in sun or partial shade. Hardy, but will benefit from some shelter in exposed areas. Can be grown in a cool conservatory.
Height: 10ft. Will need support.
Pruning: Prune in February. In first/second year cut back to create frame work and encourage branching. In subsequent years remove up to 1/4 of old growth to encourage new stems.
