Harvesting: Evergreen herb, leaves can be picked all year. Lightly trim after flowering.
Cooking uses: Good for use with roasted meats and vegetables. Also used for Bouquet garni.
Medicinal uses: Thought to aid digestion. Also thought to have strong antiseptic properties
