Flowers: Pale purple flowers. Dark green/bronze leaves.

Sun/shade: Happy in sun or partial shade

Maintenance: Divide each autumn to maintain vigour. A hardy perennial that dies back in the winter. 

Soil: Tolerates most soil types that are rich and not too dry. 

Harvesting: Pick leaves when needed. Freeze or dry leaves for winter use.

Cooking uses: The best choice for the perfect peppermint tea. Said to aid digestion and combat flatulence!
