Please note that this plant will be in the process of dying back for winter, but will reshoot in the spring.

Height/spread: 15 x 45cm 

Sun/shade: Grow in sun or partial shade.

Maintenance: Feed regularly after harvesting.

Soil: Must be grown in moist, acidic soil or compost as this sorrel will not tolerate lime. 

Harvesting: Pick young leaves as needed. Not allowing the plants to flower keeps the young leaves tender and tasty.

Cooking uses: Can be used in soups, fish sauces and with red meat or poultry. Cook the leaves like spinach or eat young leaves raw in salads.
