Flowers: Edible white flowers

Sun/shade: Grows best in a sunny spot.

Maintenance: Hardy perennial. 

Soil: Best in a rich, moist soil with good drainage. 

Harvesting: Cut back after flowering and feed to promote fresh leaves.

Cooking uses: Both the leaves and flowers can be used in salads. 

The leaves have a sweet garlic taste and makes delicious garlic butter.
