Jasminium officinale 'Clotted Cream'
A cultivated variety of common jasmine with strongly scented cream flowers throughout the summer. A vigorous climber.
Soil: Any well drained, fertile soil.
Site: Grow in sun or partial shade. Hardy but will benefit from some shelter in exposed areas. Can be grown in a cool conservatory.
Height: 8ft. Will need support. A strong climber.
Pruning: Prune in February. In first/second year prune to encourage branching and create framework. In subsequent years remove up to 1/4 of old growth to encourage new stems.
