Shady Place is specially formulated to produce an excellent lawn under shady conditions with good drought tolerance. The mix includes different types of fescue and browntop bent, which are more tolerant of shade than mixtures with perennial ryegrass.

Germination times:
Young grass will appear within 14-21 days but can take longer when the ground is colder.
