Height/spread: 40cm or more.
Sun/shade: Will grow well in sun or part shade.
Maintenance: Hardy perennial that dies back in the winter to reshoot in the spring.
Soil: Prefers a moist soil that is not too alkaline.
Harvesting: Pick a few leaves each time to keep a constant supply.
Cooking Uses: Looks and tastes great in salads. Leaves have a tangy lemon flavour. Can also be cooked like chard or spinach.
