Maintenance: Curled Parsley can be grown in the ground or in a container, but be sure to keep soil moist and fed weekly if it is in a container.

Harvesting: Hardy Biennial. Benefits from shelter in winter. Pick leaves as required in Spring - Autumn 

Cooking uses: Parsley is widely used in cooking and as a garnish. It is a key ingredient in Bouquet garni and is great for flavouring white fish sauces.

Medicinal uses: Leaves are strongly diuretic. A hair rinse made from the seeds was used as an effective way of killing head lice in Medieval times.
