Do you have customer toilets onsite?
We have two different set of customer toilets onsite at Bridport, both with disabled access. One set of facilities is located in Ivy House Kitchen and this includes a baby change station in the disabled access bathroom. The other set of loos is at the back of our Garden Help section near the compost area.
Little Groves in Beaminster do not have customer toilets.
Do you offer nappy changing facilities?
Our customer toilets in Ivy House Kitchen have an accessible bathroom which includes a baby change station.
Do you have free customer wifi?
We offer free wifi for customers in Ivy House Kitchen at Groves in Bridport.
Is Groves accessible for someone with a disability?
Our garden centres are all on one level and generally good access. Some areas have underfoot terrain which may be tricky to negotiate but usually there is an alternative path available. Our environment is calm, with plenty of open space and seating for customers.
Can I borrow a wheelchair?
We have wheelchairs available inside the main entrance at Groves in Bridport which are free for customers to use while onsite.
Do you have designated parking space for people with a disability?
Yes, our wider parking spaces for blue badge holders are located close to the main entrance and exit for the Bridport garden centre.
Little Groves has good parking available but specific bays are not marked.
Can I bring my dog to Groves and Little Groves?
Dogs on leads are very welcome at Groves and Little Groves and often receive a treat or two at our tills (with your permission). They are also welcome at the outdoor tables of Ivy House and in the conservatory area.
