The customer journey is simple. Firstly view our products online and visit us at Groves while we are onsite. Once you have an idea of what is possible, we can send one of our designers to visit your property, free of charge, where measurements can be taken and all available options provided. A written quotation can be provided.
Should you choose to go ahead, our Technical Surveyor will visit to take the final measurement and run over the order details, answering any further questions you may have.
Our office team will let you know when to expect to hear from us to arrange your installation. This is generally carried out in a single day using our own fully trained installers.
